IDs in the examples are placeholders. Links are decoded up to three times, which handles double-encoded url= values.

The split matters because the two routes don't mix: an agent can't buy an AliExpress listing, and AliExpress doesn't sell Weidian or Taobao listings. Knowing which you have tells you where to go.

Links it can't convert, and why

Some links can't be converted offline, and the result says so:

  • Short links — AliExpress's a.aliexpress.com and s.click.aliexpress.com, Taobao's m.tb.cn — redirect through servers this page doesn't contact. Open the link once in your browser and paste the long address it lands on.
  • Shop links point to a whole store, not an item. Open the store and copy the item.
  • Agent-only product numbers with no marketplace ID inside. Open the link while the agent still works, or find the item by photo.
  • Deleted listings. A clean link to a removed item still leads nowhere; search the seller's shop for the product name.

Verdict: Keep the clean original link in your own sheet. Agents close and tracking parameters change; item IDs don't.

Why clean links are worth keeping

Two problems make this tool useful. First, agents close: AllChinaBuy, WeGoBuy, CNFans, Pandabuy are offline or closed on our status board, and every community sheet built on their links looks broken. The item IDs inside those links still work. Second, AliExpress links carry long tracking strings — spm, gatewayAdapt, affiliate parameters — that make sheets messy and sometimes route through someone's referral. The clean item address is shorter, shareable and neutral.

Once your links are clean, the rest is choosing a route: AliExpress items on AliExpress, with its buyer protection; Weidian, Taobao and 1688 items through a working agent. The spreadsheet index compares agents, and the order tracker keeps a record of what you buy.

How do I convert an agent link to a Weidian link?

Paste it into the converter. It reads the platform and item ID inside the agent link, or decodes a wrapped url=, and rebuilds the original Weidian, Taobao, Tmall or 1688 address.

Can I buy an AliExpress link through an agent?

No. Agents buy from Taobao, Weidian and 1688. AliExpress items are bought on AliExpress, which ships abroad itself.

How do I remove tracking from an AliExpress link?

Paste it in; the converter returns the clean aliexpress.com/item/ID.html address without spm, gatewayAdapt or affiliate parameters.

Why won't my AliExpress short link convert?

Short and affiliate links (a.aliexpress.com, s.click.aliexpress.com) redirect through AliExpress's servers. Open the link once and paste the long address.

Can I rescue links from a closed agent like CNFans?

Yes, if the link contains the marketplace and item ID — most CNFans, Pandabuy and AllChinaBuy links do.

Does the converter send my links anywhere?

No. It runs entirely in your browser.

What if the converted link opens an empty page?

The seller has removed the listing. Search the seller's shop for the product name to find a replacement.
